Massage - the primary moves
It's already been described the power of the hands, able to touch, thrill and caress, for relaxing and arousing the most sensitive parts of the body.
But first it's useful to learn some fundamental moves as a training for having the fingers ready for the massage.
Put your hands on a surface similar to the back or chest. The thumbs are parallel with the other fingers, or firmly oriented towards the spine, while the rest are oriented towards the sides of the body, as if they were supposed to touch the hips as well. The fingers press the skin, as if they intended to penetrate the muscles to melt and relax them. If you feel the need for an increased pression on a rigid part, then press the skin with your palm, keeping the fingers above. It is always indicated for the back and hips the circular moves. The hands are parallel but not close, and therefore make circles one at a time. This way, the circular move is never interrupted and continues to draw the same "imaginary" circle.
A very simple but useful massage, when the back or thighs are particularly rigid, is to "extend" the respective muscles with a certain energy. Therefore you lay your hands close and parallel and you move them towards the opposite sides, applying pressure with the fingers or palms of the hands. In the case of the back, one hand can move towards the backhead and the other towards the buttocks.
The so-called kneading are very efficient when relaxing flesh-like parts, such as the buttocks, thighs and shoulders. You grab a part of the muscle between the thumb and the rest of the hand, and knead it. Once this move is familiar to the receiving person, it can be performed faster.
Other small massage moves can be performed, similar to the refined caresses, which besides relaxing the body, also offer a pleasant sensation as a prelude to more profound massage moves.
Any part which has previously been relaxed through a more intense massage, can now be thrilled with the spread fingers in an alternation of moves with both hands, so that you don't interrupt the massage suddenly. Or the same move can be repeated with the fingers risen (and palms gently on the skin) so that only some points thrill very slightly the skin.
This type of massage can easily switch to an arousing game, especially if it's performed in the most sensitive parts of the partner's body, i.e. on the back side of the knees, the inner side of the thighs or breasts. The face should not be underestimated which, once thrilled, can easily put the soul in a good mood, ideal state for living a more intimate and intense relation.
For the face massage, gently thrill the lips and their shape, then continue towards the sides of the face and forehead, moving both hands and caressing the skin with the thumbs.
Instead, slightly touch with the forefingers the eyelids and even kiss the eyes. Don't forget the ears. Thrill the flaps with the thumb and their back with the rest of the fingers, and then go to the forehead to caress it and continue with caressing of the hair with both hands. At this point, you should be ready for the massage itself, the one which will make your partner relaxed and in the same time bring a deep intimacy.
The relaxing massage
First of all, choose an ideal position for you and your partner. You can sit next to him, with the leags over your partner's legs as an option. If he/she is a bit rigid and not willing to feel any part of your body over his/her, then you can sit in front of his/her head, with the legs in a crossing position, or even with his/her head on your lap, which would make the contact more intimate. You can start with a gentle massage of the face, or directly from the neck towards the chest.
In the case the one giving the massage is the male, a main massage is the one over the female's breasts. Caress them slowly with the tips of the fingers, then take them in the palms of your hands and hold them for several moments. Then put your hands on her chest and perform a wide move with the fingers pointed towards the hips. Slowly rotate the hands in the opposite direction until you reach her armpits, therefore move towards the shoulders and under the backhead.
It is important to have a continuous touch, and even you need to take a break to rest the fingers, at least keep the hands on her body. Otherwise, she will feel it like an abandon which would interrupt the spell of the previous moves.
Now start moving the fingers towards the shoulders and down along the arms until her wrist, that you will caress with the finger tips. Being an erogenous zone, she will feel a great pleasure and her body will react accordingly, getting relaxed and soft, as well as totally abandoned to the caresses you provide.
Now hold her wrist more tight and rise her arms above her shoulders, then delicately put them alongside her hips. Instead of turning your attention towards other parts of her body, go back to her shoulders in a reverse move to the previous one, hold the backhead and make her turn her head to the left and right, several times. Afterwards press the backside of the shoulder with the palms of the hands, and massage it with the fingers.
Now massage her back, "stretching" it towards the sides with the fingers put together, and not spread.
Go down to her hips and knead them in the more tensed zones, that could be indicated by herself.
Go back to the shoulders, if you want so, and move the hands alternately up and down, from the waist to the backhead, stressing the spine. Then thrill the backhead with the fingers, pushing the other fingers on the sides of the neck. This could drive your fingers to her hair, so massage her head while caressing her hair. Draw her sensual body shapes with open hands, as if it was a caress, and then with the finger tips massage the hips and buttocks. The last one is the ideal zone for a kneading massage, to be extended to the thighs, so that any muscle melt and any tension dissolve.
If you want to conclude, slide towards the calf of the legs, keeping the hands in contact with the skin, with a light pressure. Make a slight torsion, keeping a hand on the back of the ankle and the other slightly above it, but in the opposite direction. Go up again to the calf and this time slide beyond the ankle with a soft and calm move, slightly thrilling the skin with the fingers separated. Slightly thrill the sole, since insisting could lead to tickling it, and let the hands slide on the body naturally, paying attention to the balance of the moves.
The same moves could be performed over a male, with the advantage that the female can enjoy the caresses over his hair, if it's long, or even chest. It's obvious that, either for the relaxing or arousing massage, oils can be used, making the hands more soft and the moves more easy. You can replace the oil with talc powder or with a lotion specific for the massage.
Pour the oil in one hand and rub your both hands, warming it, then start the massage over the respective part of the body. Don't use it excessively.
The arousing massage
For him
Let her lie down with the arms alongside the hips, and sit on your knees behind her head. Put your arms over her belly and with soft moves go over the belly and breasts. Keep the fingers spread and the palms above and, sliding them on her body, also thrill the nipples, insisting a bit on them, but not too much.
Again go over her belly and breasts, so that every caress offer a pleasant sensation without leading the body to the classical "point of no return", when the orgasm is too close to avoid it. Therefore sit on your knees and, with her forehead between your legs, bend your chest forward. She will let her arms behind her head, i.e. in parallel with your thighs, so that you can lean upon your elbows, thrilling her thighs. Lower your head and kiss her tenderly on her skin, from the breasts to the belly and the inner side of the thighs, which will be slightly spread.
Remember that, being an arousing massage and not an authentic lovemaking, the genitals will never be thrilled. Thus, the desire will intensify with the caresses and will prolongue the pleasant tormenting waiting. Learn to listen the rhythm of her breath and from that to feel the proper moments for the various types of massage. Thus, when she is again relaxed, you will restart to provoke her breasts, closing them in the cup made by your hands, gently pulling them, caressing and massaging them. With the finger tips you will draw imaginary circles around the areola and then with the fingers you will thrill the nipples.
Go again to the face and draw the lips' shape with the forefinger. Later on, you can take the same "itinerary" with your lips, but now stick with the massage only. Tell her to sit on a chair with you standing behind her shoulders, and put your lips on her backhead or thrill her hair. In the same time, firmly hold her breasts in the your hands (taking the form of a cup). Then relax and sit in front of her.
The feet are very sensitive to erotic stimulations and therefore they will not be forgotten. Hold one of her legs and lift it, leaning it on your knee, then thrill the toes and massage them as if you wanted to stretch them, avoiding to provoke their tickling. The big toe is especially sensitive: you can kiss it gently, she will like it.
The fingers can also be massaged and caressed, as well as the wrist, upon which you will press with the forefinger in circular moves. In the same way, any other part of her body, that you know particularly sensitive to your partner, can be massaged and provoked: you are the one to know better how to go on and for how long.
Examples of sensitive massage:
For her
Sit with your spread legs on his buttocks, while he lies down with his arms bent towards his head. Your legs will be in close contact with his hips, avoiding to sit on him with all your weight. So, lean more on your knees and bend only to make him feel the warmth of your thighs against his buttocks. At this point, you can start a relaxing massage, but due to your position it will result an arousing massage, especially if you thrill his back with the nipples of your breasts when you bend to rub his back.
On your way back, go over his back, from the shoulders to the buttocks, with spread fingers and slightly bent hands, as if you were about to scrape him. In fact, your moves will be very delicate, even if in some cases more energy and simulated aggressiveness could result in an increased stimulation.
When his muscles are relaxed but ready to accept every move or caress of yours, you will sit above him and, bending on his back, you will hold his legs between your thighs, so that he feel all your warmth against his buttocks.
The breasts will naturally stay in the hole of the back, at the kidneys' level, or according to your exact position on his shoulders. In both cases, you will not remain static, but wave from one side to the other, moving the hips, making him sensitive and enjoying yourself this intimate contact.
Your nipples will thrill his back and both will find it pleasant. When you become tired, you can rest on his body in this very intimate embrace.
At this point, you can wait that either he start caressing you back, or in case he still needs the touch of your hands or you wish to continue, there are still other brief profound massage moves that you can quickly perform, continuing to thrill him on his most sensitive parts:
The embraces
The embraces are useful for giving the partner a total sensation of calm and relaxing. They are ideal for concluding a long and personalized massage, or for substituting such massage, when the partner is not in the ideal condition for being subject to various moves.
There are embraces which include only certain parts of the body, such as the head, legs and belly. What is important, when leaning the hand on the respective part, is to apply a light pressure and imagine that you can insert calm with your gesture, or to perceive, under the fingers and palms, the slight move of the naturally stretching muscles or of the relaxing nerves.
Keep the hands alongside your partner's body and breathe deeply, as if you wanted to transfer him your calm.
One of the most efficient embraces is the one in which the partner stretches on one side and rolls up in the fetus position. You will lean on his/her shoulders and press your body against the other, keeping a hand on his/her forehead and the other one on the belly. It's relaxing for both and even if it could lead to an abandon and sleep, it could also create the conditions for a deep communication and spiritual union, ideal for starting a more intimate play.
Another embrace, with the female relaxed after a long massage, is the one where he sits on his knees and she sits in front of him in the same position. The male puts the hands on her belly and both breathe deeply. the position is not at all uncomfortable as it may seem, and allows both lovers to abandon themselves in a tender embrace.
The next embrace can be a follow-up to the previous one. Both will fall on the back, embraced, preferably against some pillows which would support the male's back, and will stretch the legs. Those of the male will be around those of the female, "protecting" her.
The male could take advantage of that by sliding the hands on her breast, gently caressing it, and further sliding on her belly. It's obvious that this position can be very arousing and can offer more intimate caresses; besides it has the advantage to allow the female to touch with her fingers the back of her lover's knees, one of the most sensitive and erogenous zones of the body.
This next position can easily become a recharging massage, able to stretch all the spine, giving an immediate sensation of "melting". The lovers sit one against the other, leaning on their shoulders, with crosswise legs, and therefore back against back. They lean the head, the back side of the arms and the waist against the other's. Then one of the two bends forward until he/she has the head close to the legs and supports the weight of the lover which thus will be totally stretched and relaxed.
The position must be maintained until it doesn't annoy or becomes over-stretching, and therefore will be repeated in the opposite direction, to allow both benefit of this total stretching. The move will be repeated several times.
The last embrace is maybe more simple but also more pleasant. It offers the possibility of being face to face with the partner and enjoy, even if more by seeing than by feeling, his presence. The bodies lie one in front of the other, very close; one hand can therefore touch the profile of the partner, thrilling the curves. Practically, it's a long and continuous caress, creating a moment of deep intimacy and total comunion. Useless to say that it can be an ideal prelude to experimenting new games, more intense and intimate.
